About Lejour

Lejour Properties is an Australian owned and operated business with a French style.  We are young, fresh and inventive!  We also have around 10 years real estate experience and are Licensed Estate Agents.

We are a small boutique office, embracing Property Leasing, Property Management and Sales over the Eastern Suburbs, Lower North Shore and the Northern Beaches area. 

Lejour Properties was founded by Julia Dessaix, whom had worked her way up through the ranks in real estate from receptionist to sales secretary then onto Property Leasing and Property Management.  Julia leased over 2,600 properties whilst in Property Management, of which more then half were to the executive fully furnished and corporate sectar on the Upper and Lower North Shore.   Commercial properties made another large portion of this statistic.   Record Leasing in one year resulted into over 70 properties ranging from $750pw upward to $21,000 per week.  A milestone was reached at this point.

Moving onto Sales at a later date, Julia began to sell property over the Northern Beaches – properties ranging from Seaforth/Manly to Palm Beach and Avalon.  The sales prices negotiated were landmark, Julia had sold one property in 2 days and had all the contacts for the purchaser to obtain a Loan Approval and Deposit Bond.
