We have a database of prospective tenants in-house whom have filled in our Tenant Register.  This Register outlines exactly what the tenant requires in regards to suitable accommodation – this enables us to match them to a property which fits there needs relatively instantly.

The unfurnished rental market is buoyant at present, properties are being leased almost as they are listed for rent – furthermore the rentals achieved are at the higher end of the bracket.
